First, they said being gay is a curse,
then they said being gay is amazing
Who am I to believe?

First, they said being dark is wrong,
then they said being dark is a way of life. 
Who am I to believe?

First, they said glasses mean your blind,
then they said glasses mean you are smarter than some.
Who am I to believe? 

First, they said being transgender is a sin,
then they said to be you and you only.
Who am I to believe?

First, they said go away no one likes you anymore,
then they said wait come back its a joke
What am I supposed to believe?

I'll tell you what you're supposed to believe, 
the good things, 
not the bad,
the world is already corrupt enough about certain things.
People are being killed,
caught in riots, 
tortured,
and being left at a young age,
so the world can be how that person wants it.

I'll tell you what you're supposed to believe, 
believe what you want to believe...
Not what anyone else says
